A two-story, 250,000 square-foot industrial/office building located at the Salt Lake International Center, the Biomedical Industrial Building houses state-of-the-art engineering offices, research and development labs, and clean room manufacturing operations for world-renowned medical device developer Biomerics, LLC. Wasatch Commercial Management, Inc. renovated the building as a corporate headquarters for Biomerics, LLC in 2018 to meet its accelerated growth. The building attracted 380 jobs to Salt Lake City as the expanding company increased its life science footprint along the Wasatch Front.
